Research Assistant
Elizabeth Quinteros is a research assistant in the sexual and reproductive health program. Elizabeth’s general research interests include sexual and reproductive health experiences across sexual orientation, race and ethnicity, abortion, and decreasing stigma surrounding sex education. Prior to joining Child Trends, Elizabeth attended Trinity Washington University, where she conducted comparative qualitative research on the work of grassroots sexual and reproductive health rights activist organizations to that of anti-abortion organizations in El Salvador and Mexico. She also took part in the Violence Prevention & Sexual Assault Awareness Campaign at Trinity, where she focused on distributing accessible, informational resources and campus awareness-building efforts. Elizabeth graduated from Trinity Washington University with a BA in international studies and minor in women’s studies.
