Rebecca Emery joined Child Trends in June 2016 with four years of consulting experience and provides human resources support to the organization and helps to advise management on strategic initiatives in support of business goals and objectives. She and her team are responsible for all phases of human resources including talent selection, placement and on-boarding; employee relations and retention; wage and salary administration, EEO and Affirmative Action Plans; and compliance and benefits.
