Erin Bultinck, B.A., is a senior research analyst in the early childhood research area at Child Trends. With over 10 years of experience working on research and evaluation studies at Child Trends, she has managed and supported projects for government agencies and foundations across a variety of topics.

Her main interests include supports for child and family well-being, including home visiting. She currently supports HRSA’s Implementing Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Legislative Changes project as a qualitative analyst for the administrative burden reduction task. Previously, she co-led a case study for the MIECHV COVID Health Equity Project, exploring how families, communities, and home visiting programs have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and how home visiting has adapted to meet community needs.

In addition to home visiting, Erin’s work at Child Trends has included projects working to address child care access and quality improvement. She worked on several program evaluations of statewide Quality Rating Improvement Systems (QRIS) in New Mexico, Colorado, Vermont, Georgia, and Minnesota, wherein she helped oversee large data collection efforts, analyzed multiple web-based surveys, and synthesized findings for dissemination.
